About the event
The 4th Roundtable of Longevity Clinics was hosted by the International Institute of Longevity and the Buck Institute for Research on Aging in Novato, California, on 17–18 October 2026.
The Roundtable brings longevity clinics together at the Buck Institute to help shape the evidence and standards that longevity medicine still needs.
The two-day agenda was built around five themes:

New technologies and AI in longevity
Branding for the sector
Dr Kapoor's session
Dr Ash Kapoor, Founder and CEO of the Levitas Group, joined the panel "Traditional, Ancient and Modern Approaches in Longevity Medicine" on 17 October.
The panel explored nutrition and supplementation for healthspan and disease prevention, and how traditional principles can sit alongside modern clinical practice.
His central message was that validated evidence, clinical experience gathered over generations, and a sense of meaning deserve equal weight. In his words, "live well now and tomorrow will look after itself".
